This is to help us recover the increasing congestion charge, parking fees AND ..parking fines in the West End area and to reduce the number of TIME WASTERS.
Estimates for residential customers within the Congestion Charge zone will be charged £50 for the same reasons as above.
This money will go toward the final payment in case we will be granted the job.
